Abuja To Host Nigerian Healthcare Infrastructure Investment Summit Next Week

According to the organizers, the summit is expected to be attended by investors, financiers, healthcare management companies, business developers, and several others.

"The program is designed to create an avenue where investment opportunities in the Nigerian healthcare sector are showcased and advertised. Investors and Financiers are welcome to invest, fund, manage or buy over any aspect or part of the showcased opportunities that may be suitable to their business needs," the organizers stated.

The organizers added that the summit would address several issues including the need for private capital for healthcare in Nigeria, government policy on public private partnership, funding sources for healthcare projects (local and international), and how to access local and international funds.

The two-day summit will hold on 17th and 18th of June 2013 at the International Conference Center, Abuja. It is organized by James Daniel Consulting Limited in partnership with the Federal Ministry of Health. Sponsors include International Finance Corporation (IFC) and the Central Bank of Nigeria.
