The facilities include classroom blocks, drugs, bedding, bore holes, hand pumps, fridges and deep freezers.
Others include electric power generators, school desks, delivery kit, exercise books and all clocks.
Mrs Cecilia Daniel, Desk Officer, of the local government, told the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Pankshin that the projects were in the second phase of the MDGs in the state.
"We have been able to build 18 classroom blocks for nine schools with a staff office in between. Another school had two classroom blocks renovated; 1,448 desks and 63,000 exercise books were distributed to schools.
"The MDGs programme, which is to end by 2015, is no doubt touching the lives of people not only here in Pankshin but in the entire Plateau," she said.
She said that the drugs provided were being distributed to 88 clinics in the council, including the 12 referral centres.
Each of the centres got one electric power generator, a deep freezer and a fridge.
The desk officer the centres included Primary Health Clinics (PHCs) in Kagu, Jannaret, Jiblik, Kwon, Chigwang, Kwalla and Kwanka.
Daniel called on the management of the clinics to ensure a judicious use of the facilities, particular to the benefit of the people of the area.
She said the MDGs programme was ``very laudable and people-oriented`` and should be supported by all and sundry.
